Terms of Service

FloorPass is a marketplace that connects personal training clients, independent trainers, and gyms. Trainers on FloorPass are independent professionals, not employees or agents of Conrad Thomas Group LLC. Gyms are independently owned facilities. FloorPass provides the software that connects them; it does not provide training services, supervise sessions, or operate gyms.

FloorPass is currently in a pilot program. During the pilot, FloorPass does not process payments: clients pay their trainer directly, and trainers settle any floor fees with gyms as agreed. FloorPass records session prices and fee math for transparency, but amounts shown in the app are bookkeeping records, not payment transactions. When card payments launch, these terms will be updated and you will be asked to review them.

You must be at least 18 to use FloorPass. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your password confidential, and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. During the beta, registration requires an invite code. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, abuse other users, or misuse the platform.

Exercise carries inherent risk. Clients must complete the liability waiver before booking and are responsible for the accuracy of the health information they share. Trainers are responsible for training within their qualifications and for maintaining the certifications and insurance they represent to us. FloorPass verifies certain trainer documents as a screening step but does not guarantee any trainer's services or supervise any session.

Sessions may be canceled free of charge up to 12 hours before the start time. Later cancellations and no-shows may result in a fee owed to the trainer, as shown in the app at booking time. During the pilot these amounts are recorded in the app and settled directly between client and trainer.

Do not use FloorPass to harass anyone, misrepresent who you are, share another person's private information, circumvent the platform to avoid recorded fees, scrape or probe the service, or do anything unlawful. Content you post (profiles, messages, notes, announcements) must be yours to share and appropriate for a professional setting.

FloorPass is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Conrad Thomas Group LLC is not liable for injuries or disputes arising from training sessions, for the conduct of trainers, clients, or gyms, or for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maryland.
